HP DesignJet T120
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Our company has recently purchased the HP DesignJet T120 printer so that we can print engineered drawings in-house for our sprinkler and fire alarm install jobs.

When we try to print the drawings, they are cut in half and do not display all of the information that we printed. How can we scale the image(s) so that they print out on one piece of paper and are complete? There must be some setting somewhere that allows us to print the whole document on just one sheet of paper. Can anyone offer us some input that would allow us to figure out this printer?

Many thanks!

Hi,

When you choose to print the document you are directed to a Print Driver page.

This is where you choose your printer and other options. Once you choose the correct printer, there is usually a button to direct you to the actual Printers Driver Page (either "Properties" or "Advanced")

In the driver is where you will find options for page sizing and scaling.

Good Luck

Roy K
