Product: DJ T120
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
OK I have a HP T120 Design Jet which has worked fine to date. I have been using A1 (610mm) rolls.
I also have some A2 (422mm) rolls which I use when I run out of A1 (No prizes for guessing who ordered the wrong size in the past).
No matter how I define the settings since the upgrade to the V4 driver my HP Laptop doesn't want to read the roll size from the plotter and when I try to print it says that there is a paper size mismatch. Basically it is trying to print in landscape when it needs to print in portrait.
Also, it doesn't seem to be able to connect to the eprint server either, I am assumeing its a linked comms problem..!
Any ideas
