21.10 is a service station failure. If the head will move to the left fully, remove the cartridges and look closely for signs of leaking ink in printer. If there is excess ink, usually black in the cartridge cavity of the printhead or on the printhead path, you are going to need a new printhead. As you are seeing a service station error, that might be a problem as well or may be caused by the printhead issue.
