We are new and Bought a used Designjet T1200 But the display screen comes up white when we power on. Please help us to get running and moving. Help us to figure this out ?

Have you checked at www.LPScomputer.com?  If you ask them, they can make sure you get the correct hard drive with firmware loaded and ready.
