I've had two posts where no one has replied or seen. Am I posting in the wrong location to get help for my DesignJet Plotter? How do I get someone to help with my questions that I post? Thanks.

Probably because no one has a solution for you. If the plotter works fine from other applications then the issue is probably with the software you are using. I do not know if when printing a pdf to a deisgnet if you have the option but when printing regular pdf files there is usually a setting you can check for fit to page and make sure you have the correct media size settings for the paper size. Best I can do.
