I purchased my 7740 Wide Format Printer last month, February 2021. Then this morning I get the Product Status pop-up below telling me that services and parts may no longer be available as of last year, June 2020? What kind of corporate image are you creating?

This is a pretty standard disclosure built into HP agent software. That date is likely the last date that this product will be classified as current product. In some ways meaningless as cartridges will be offered for a long time past this date and likely there will still be printers being sold until stock is deleted.
