Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just tried to order #10 ink cartridge for my DesignJet 500 plotter and it says it is discontinued.  Did my plotter just become trash?  Off brand cartridges get bad reviews, clogging print heads and more.  Does HP have a replacement?

Thanks for that info. If the 82 black works then that's good. I had looked at that but the site I was looking at didn't list the 500 as a plotter compatible.

As far as I am aware the # 82 black cartridge WILL NOT work in a Designjet 500..it has to be the # 10
