Product: HP DesignJet Z3200 24-in PostScript Photo Printer
I have a Z3200 PS printer which has recently started acting up. I try to print jobs and get the message 1)waiting for printer to become available or 2) Communicating with printer or 3) Printing...sending data to the printer. The problem is that nothing ever prints. Print utility app opens and then crashes. Have removed the printer then Added the printer. Have downloaded the latest drivers I can find (v 54 dated 12/14 22) but can't install from print utility because it crashes.generic raster driver doesn't work either. MAC Studio with OS 13.1 and USB connected (new cable and tried different ports). Have also tried printing from different apps.
