Product: HP Designjet T790

Hi, 

 

Ive recently bought a HP DesignJet T790 Plotter. when starting the menu the printer will not initialise, and asks for it to be reset, however im not sure how to reset it as i cant access any menus. 

 

theres no error code or anything. 

 

i've turned it off and on, and held in the power button for 30 seconds, but no good. 

 

The LED 1 is flashing orange, and no. 2 & 3 are showing a constant orange light if this helps. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
