good morning

I have a problem with my hp designjet t920 printer, once it starts it displays the following message:
22.0: 00
restart the printer. If the problem persists, contact the HP support.

This is an error related to the service station. There is a service note that states a fix for this error was incorporated into recent firmware updates so your first step would be to upgrade the firmware. Download the firmware, place it on a usb key and then power off the plotter. Insert the USB key with firmware into the slot on the control panel and then restart the plotter. It should see the firmware file and install it. If that does not work then you may need to replace the service station.
