hp designjet t2600 error codes 0065 0006 0008 but sometimes the error code will change

This is a scan axis error issue. Make sure the carriage belt is in good condition and seated properly. Make sure the encoder strip is clean and not broken. (clean with a lint free soft cloth moistened with water. Use no chemicals).

I suggest that you do a google search for the service manual as there are built in diagnostics that can narrow down the possible causes.

Thank you but its also having the problem of tell me that error code but then wanting to restart the machine but once restarted repeats the error code and just doing an endless loop

You need to resolve the issue before restarting. Open the top window and examine the carriage path closely to see if there is any debris blocking movement of the carriage. Also make sure that the belt is not damaged, examine the left and ride side closely as a common issue is a damaged belt getting wrapped around the motor or the idler pulley. A damaged or dirty optical encoder strip could also cause this issue.  If the carriage is not locked to the service station, try to move the printhead from side to side. It should take little to no effort to move the carriage and if it does not move smoothly that is going to be what is tripping the error.
