 issue with our T2500 designjet where the machine is constantly asking to reseat the printhead after replace the printerhead and all cartridge also.

You might try to use a syringe & draw out inks & see if any bubbles..

when you use the option to replace printhead & carriage box moved to left. shut off power, remove printhead,

insert syringe needle into the nozzle & draw out ink.. if you see bubbles,  those were the trouble maker. draw slowly
till ink solid color.

 

I have Z series printers & whenever I have problems with printheads, inks etc & always use it to

check the inks... all the time worked out good.
