unknown hardware error at Designjet 70

My designjet 70 give me the following hardware error which I couldn't find it in the manual, so I don't know how to solve it:

Hardware error symbol doesn't appear in the picture because is flashing..

I have windows 10( 64bytes) installed and till now printer works perfectly with the driver for windows 8-the most recent compatible.

Also HP system diagnostic maintenance give me the message that "unable to communicate with printer", and from win 10 devices and printers, after I start the printer, I can see that the printer change it's status from offline to "setup incomplete because of metered connection".

I replaced the PC-printer cable with a new one, but there are no changes.

Does anybody knows what error is this?

Thank you for the answer.Very useful.

The printer is not under warranty anymore, and I am far away by a HP repair centre, so I have to fixit alone.

Can anybody give me a clue to solve it?

Check for service manual regarding service station removal

The service manual doesn't explain how to repair the individual part, only how to replace it. It's all up to you how you are handy with your hands and tools.

maybe something is blocking cleaners inside the service station, maybe a good cleaning will help, maybe it's the motor or gears it could be several reasons why you have 21 error.

I think something is blocking cleaners inside because after I press those 2 buttons for cleaning printheads, it try to start but nothing happened.
