Hi everyone,. I'm hoping someone can help. We have 6 Polycom Soundstation 321 running on a 3CX system. We cannot recieve internal calls eveon though we can make calls. Whenever we get try and ring get one of the following errors
[CM500002]: Unidentified incoming call. Review INVITE and adjust source identification:
[CM102001]: Authentication failed for AuthFail Recv Req INVITE from 37.157.52.142:5060 tid=5dd0fc67 Call-ID=0eff5c344d627f127e5a009e0b0996d4@sip.voicehost.co.uk:
Both SIP trunks are configured exectly the same but pointing to diffreent call groups.
If anyone has any idea whats going on it would be greatly appreciated.

This is not an Polycom error message so I suggest your question may be better asked inb a 3CX Forum.
