Greetings
Can anyone give me the name of the file for the firmware that is supposed to be entered into the provisioning server for updating the C60 ?
I tried using the unzipped package file name but the C60 rejected this saying it could nto find the file cfg and the xml so I know I have the wrong firmware names set up
Rookie stuff as first time dealing with Poly (C60's and CCX line) as we just purchased some of these and are trying to set up the provisioning server . Searched all over but unable to find the correct filepath/names etc.
Thx in advance
Regards
Rich
