We have BLP enable on our VVX500 to pick up other people line, the problem now and then is that

It rang twice on the phone that have BLP enable and then completely disappeared (no blue bar to allow me to pick it up) and rang a bunch of times on the other person phone.

So it seem BLP pick up the call but dropped the call for some reason, but the call is not lost because is keep ringing on the other person phone.

What can be the problem?

Hello nycguy,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

Please also include what kind of SIP server you are using.


This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
