Hello HansVos,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The Polycom BToE solution is like the Better together solution where the PC needs to be connected via a USB lead to the Phone.
The PC Port on the phone needs to be utilized for BToE.

Hello Steffen,
But I see that you are using USBoverIP to connect to the phone.
Is is possible to connect manual with the USBoverIP software ?
We are using a VDI envoirment so the Virtual PC isn't dirrectly attached afther the Phone.

Hello HansVos,
at present we only support a physical PC connected to the phone.
I am unable to comment on any future roadmap and you would need to work with a Polycom sales Engineer via your Polycom reseller.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hi!
One of our prospective clients are working on a VDI environment... In short we are having the same challenges. Using mediaredirect in VDI does not work. Are there any plans for this to happen? Other manufacturers are able to do this...

Hello Miki_PH,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
Nothing much has changed and I can therefore only ask you to look at the reply prior to your post.
The next step for you would be to work with a Polycom sales engineer to identify the business opportunity to cover such change.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
