CCX 350-M

I have several CCX 350 Poly phones.  I have one that, on the row of buttons below the screen, have the following functions:
1 - Phone

2 - Voice Mail

3 - People/contacts

4 - Lock

But on another phone those buttons are configured:

1 - Phone

2 - Empty

3 - Empty

4 - Voice Mail

How do I control/configure the buttons?  I need a voicemail button on the phones not showing it.
Both examples are configured as Teams phones.

Hello @Michael471 ,

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

If the phone is running the Microsoft native Teams application the post would be more suited in the special Microsoft UC section >here<

For any questions about the native Teams section, I would advise you to contact our Partner Microsoft as they control their application running on our and other OEM phones. Settings or account types may influence what their application displays.

You can then come back here and update us on the solution so other people with the same issue can learn.

Best regards

Steffen Baier
