CCX 500

Greetings,  Is here any way to find a revision list of hardware versions on the CCX phones? I've seen RevR for example, on some of the CCX600  phones such as 3111-49770-001 Rev:R and other phones we have show 3111-49770-001 Rev:A.   Will later version of the poly voice software such as 9.0.1 not run as well on the RevA model vs the RevR version of the phone?   Or do these hardware versions not effect processor speeds etc.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @RusssG ,

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

The CCX Series Shipping Configuration document always explains the different revisions. The processor speed would never change. Only the memory on CCX 400 and 500 changed from 1GB originally as advised by our partner Microsoft to 2GB as 1GB was not enough to run the Microsoft Teams application as originally specified by Microsoft.
