in receiving multiple calls on open sip version 8.1.6 of the CCX 600 we are finding we cannot get back to the list of current calls when an incoming calls rings in because there is no "ignore" button when the incoming call pop up comes on.   We have to wait until that phone stops ringing so we can get back to the calls screen to select any options for the current calls in progress. This makes it very difficult to manage other current calls in progress when incoming calls come one after the other as the incoming call hijacks the screen with the popup.   Is there any way to stop this popup from occurring when other calls are in progress.  I seems to remember a setting to suppress this on older versions of UC Software on VVX phones but I cannot find it now - however I know for sure that the UC Software for the VVX phones have the ignore and reject button on the incoming call pop up for sure which allows you to get back to all calls in progress screen.

Any help on this would be appreciated. thanks.

Hello @RusssG ,

Welcome back to the HP Poly community.

From our VoIP FAQ:

Jan 6, 2015 Question: How can I return to the default Line Idle Display view during an inbound call on a VVX or Edge E Phone?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Did this work before the upgrade to PVOS 8.1.6? If yes what was the software? Have you tried 9.0.0 or 9.0.1 yet? Is this a shared Line call compared to a private line call?

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
