buen dia tengo un problema con unos telefonos polycom del modelo 331 ya que al firmarse en mi conmutador este no acepta la hora y fecha del sistema, entre a la configuracion del telefono via web y le cambie para que tome la direccion del comutador y nada, dice que hay que actualizar el firnware pero no como hacerlo.
muchas gracaias por su ayuda.

Hello carloscanul,
I would suggest you rwork with your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom support directly.
The FAQ post explains all possibilities and how to troubleshoot this.
