Thanks. My colleague, Corey Iles has opened up a ticket. So far he's only gotten the standard response of RMA.
This bug has essentially bricked two of our base stations. One of them is several years old, so I'm not sure if it's even available for RMA.

Case number is #34287063.
My colleague reports this has largely hit a brick wall with no resolutions. We have two of these, one of which is a few years old and it sounds like we'd be unlikely to RMA it. The other is brand new.
