Hello,

I have got 2 poly trio c60 that used to be daisy chained. Recently the "device" dropped his connection wiht the hub and can't seem to pair it back again.

Anyone experiencing the same issue?

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

For Poly IP phones please provide if this is PVOS, UC Software, or ObiEdition. For current Video products please include the Provider used.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

Both trio c60 are pm

UC Software Version7.3.2.0174

The hub is connected via usb to the VC system and to the network (LAN IN). The second one, the "Device" is connected to it via RJ45 cable (LAN OUT on "HUB" - "LAN IN" on device). Tried with all available version of the firmware available but still can't pair both devices:

On a different site we do have the same setup and Trios are on 7.2.1.1975, however that seems not to be available anywhere.

Any guidance please?

Hello @Marnon

the shared FAQ also contains logging module settings which should enable you to try and troubleshoot this yourself. The FAQ also allows you to verify the configuration.

If all of this fails you can either post some logs here and a volunteer can try and help or work with HP Poly support in your region.

Details are in my signature if you require these.

Best Regards

thanks, but unfortunately the FAQ did not help.

I have tried to get in contact with HP support for my regionr (Luxembourg) but neither the phone number nor the virtual agent seems to be working.

Would you have any other way to show me how to contact HP?
