Trio C60 running in base profile Generic

Version 9.2.1.0643

Moving 2 out of warranty Trio C60's in daisy chain mode at a temporary site with one ethernet drop to the meeting room.

On boot Under Warnings I see

13W Power supply detected. Ignoring PSE and USB charging configuration.

The 13W Warning occurs in all base available base profiles, Generic, Teams, USB phone.

The warning occurs on both devices,  in Hub or Device role

two availalbe PoE+ supplies avaiable on site are

unmanaged PoE+ switch    PoETexas GATS-10-8-51v120w

PoE+ midspan injectors - Unifi PoE+ Adapter (30W) model U-PoE+

What "flavor" of PoE+ is required for PoE+ 30 Watt detection and Class 0 passthrough out the C60 lan out port? Does the C60 require a PoE+ power sourcing equipment (PSE) to repsond to an LLDP power request?

The current workaround is to power the C60 hub from the unmanaged swtich and duct tape the midspan PoE injector under the table between towards  C60 Device role.

Did Poly  2200-86680-001  HP  85X03AA#ABA midspan injector enable 30 Watts and PoE+ features like USB also produce the 13 W warning?

Hello @alex54321 ,

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

A quick community search finds >this<

HP Poly Phones use LLDP for Power requirements and network settings.

Best Regards
