Hi, we have been using the Edge E550 phones along with Axis A8105-E and I8116-E Video Intercoms for door access for a few years.

 

PVOS 8.22 works displaying H264 video on the screen when a call is answered. 8.23 and 8.3 suddenly do not work with the intercoms and do not display video when calling the door intercom or when the door intercom calls the phone.

 

The following in the sip.cfg has worked up to and including 8.22 to have the video display on the phone when answering:

feature.audioVideoToggle.enabled="1"
video.enable="1"

There is no mention of removing video support in the release notes of 8.23 and 8.3, so I'm wondering if this is a bug, or if something has been removed and just not documented. Downgrading back to 8.22 fixes the issue.
