I have a Soundstation IP 7000 conference phone. When I hook it up to POE, it starts to power up. I get the Polycom Logo, next a Welcome with a countdown until autoboot. Next a Waiting for network to initialize ... (With a setup and about at the bottom of screen. Followed by Updating initial configuration. That sits on the screen for a little while, then I get a Could not download 64167f74ad39.cfg, using existing configuration on the screen. Then it shows Error, application is not present! on the screen. Finally it says Rebooting on the screen. After all of that it reboots and starts over though the process.
I have tried setting up a static IP in it with no success to break this cycle. So then I factory reset the unit using the holding down of 1 3 5 7 keys. It reset but still not breaking this cycle.
Any help or suggestions would be useful. Thanks

Hello @Tregory ,
welcome to the HP Poly community.
From our VoIP FAQ:
Sep 27, 2012 Question: I get the message “Error application not present / Application not Found” on my phones screen
Resolution: Please check => here <= or => here <= and ensure you are not using a TFTP server
In addition, a community search finds >this<
