HI,
Our Polycom phones are not uploading log files to the provisioning folder using HTTPS
here is what apache log say:
/p/4007/0004f205000e-app.log HTTP/1.1" 405 687 "-" "FileTransport PolycomSoundPointIP-SPIP_601-UA

Hello nikita,
this error is not related to the phone itself, it is your server infrastructure.
You may want to use Google as I have done so => here <=
