Based on the above the Line Labels or Contacts or Favorites and BLF’s are utilizing a non-transparent User Interface as shown below:

In order to enable transparent Lines press Menu => Basic => Preferences => Idle Screen Settings => and enable Transparent Lines

Once activated the IDle screen will show the transparent lines or contacts
