I am struggling to move my existing Poly VOIP phones from Zoom.us Phone to Ring Central. No matter how many times I do a factory reset I still see remnants of programming leftover in the WUI, for example the Zoom provisioning URL has never been removed with these factory resets but when I forced it with another Auto provisioning URL I got it returned to factory provsisioning URL.
When I reset every option within the WUI to default, by checking/unchecking the boxes to the right, It still says that this phone is customized to Zoom and the certificate is installed.
Is there a way to truly reset this phone, which I purchased new myself and brought to 8x8, then Zoom Phone and now I want to activate/provision them for Ring Central but their 2nd level support is stumped—I am too. Their auto provisioning link worked fine on my yealink phone but won't work on the Poly phones.
You can see in the screen shot under the last line of Product Information that Zoom is still an issue with these phones after multiple resets and reboots.
WUI after factory reset still customized

Hello @brainstewn ,
welcome to the HP Poly community. Most likely Zoom still has a record for the device in the Poly ZTP server which is the Zero Touch Provisioning and the device reaches out to this and gets configured. Zoom would need to delete this for the device to work.
If this fails I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
