Hi,
I wan to to access to Poly Web Configuration Utility of B20 to export the log. I enter the user name admin dan password Mac address. But Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this site, please verify your logon credentials and try again.
Anyone can help how to access?

welcome back to the HP Poly community. Unfortunately, some of your old Post(s) have not received an answer yet.
Most questions can be answered by consulting the Admin Guide for the relevant product or simply utilizing the community search. We have an extensive FAQ section that can be consulted.
For example, the VoIP FAQ contains:
