Hello Eyeryone , hope everyone is doing well. Please forgive me if this been asked and solved by someone already which I m not aware of. I m new to Polycom Phones, we usally them use other brands but we have run into a client has about 15 Phones which includes mix n match of Vvx 310,311 & 450.
Customer isn't happy with existing voip service provider and would like to use existing Polycom phones , so we tried to switch the very first one to our server and phone is keep getting GHOST Calls. We have generated a ticket with HP but so far we havn't heard anything back, it's been one day passed already and no answer from Tech Support Team yet.
Hope someone can guide us how to only accept invite message from registered server. Thanks a lot in advance:)

Hello @babalucha ,
Welcome to the HP community.
Unfortunately, your post does not include the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product you are using. F
This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.
Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.
In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.
A quick search of our FAQ for the word Ghost finds this:
Oct 24 2014 Question: How can I prevent Ghost calls or tools like sipvicious or nuisance Cisco calls ringing my phone?
Resolution: Please check => here <= or Security Center: Security Bulletin Relating to Worldwide Botnet Dialing H.323-Capable Systems
Best regards
Steffen Baier
