I have purchased some Poly Edge phones for my small business (E320 and E450) and set them up using Google Voice.  I am having a hard time figuring out how to get them to sync with my Google Contacts.  I have read some how-tos and searched for videos, and none of them seem to be accurate for what my phone offers.  If syncing to Google Contacts is not possible, how do I sync to a global contacts list that all my desk phones can share?  I do not want to manually add every one of my business contatcs to each phone and then, as new contacts come in have to do it individually on each one again.  I am looking for a central way to add and manage contacts across all my phones (preferably through Google Contacts.

Thank you

Hello @BKRllc ,

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

I would suggest checking with Google, as they provision the phone when being used with Google Voice, and they should be able to answer.

From our VoIP FAQ:

Jan 30, 2012 Question: Can I use a central Phone book, or is LDAP / Corporate Directory supported?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Best Regards
