Grandstream PBX and Polycom IP335

I cannot figure out where on the Polycom IP335 interface to put the IP address of the grandstream PBX and the extension username and password so the Phone can be setup. Everything I see is for the provisioning server which I am told cannot be used if its not a grandstream phone.

Where on the polycom IP335 do I put the PBX IP and the username and password to get it setup on a Grandstream PBX? Does anyone know? Grandstream said its possible but they dont know polycom, and polycom said that because grandstream is not a polycom reseller they cannot help.

Thanks so much, I couldnt find this document in the search. I was looking for grandstream setup. Not just any SIP PBX. Ill give this a shot. Thanks. 😃
