HP Poly CCX 600 randomly changing Status to AWAY when set to AVAILABLE and phone is no longer ringing. These are phones we have deployed for our student workers on our University Campus. They have been assigned "generic user" accounts so that the students do not have to sign in or out, they are signed in with a licensed generic user account one time and the students simply change the status on the phone itself to Available. Microsoft just pushed updates on 6/5/2024 and since then all of the HP Poly CCX 600 phones (roughly 84) on our campus have stopped receiving calls and automatically almost instantly are having the status changed to Away even though they are manually set to Available. HELP.

Hello @ThePaleOne85 ,

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you use.

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions. This is stated in the FAQ or Read 1st section and explain why this is important.

If this is a Poly CCX Phone running in Microsoft native Teams mode please work with our Partner Microsoft as they provide the application you are using. If this changed since their update they need to look into this.

Best regards

Steffen Baier
