Hi
New system installed and still getting used to the functions!
Have vvx500 phones and Jabra Pro wireless headsets, is it possible to get the calls picked up with one input? ATM I have to press both the headset button (on Headset not phone) and then the pickup button?
Also we seem unable to transfer calls as when you press transfer there are no other users visible to select?

Hello Nick,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
Have you enabled the Electronic Hook Switch Mode on the Phone for your Headset ?
Menu > Settings > Basic > Preferences > Headset > Analog Headset
In regards to transferring a call to a contact the community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
