Trio 8800

We are currently using the Poly Trio 8800 conference device and would like to integrate it with the Cisco Webex Cloud. However, all the resources and articles we have come across so far are related to adding the device to Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), not directly to the Webex Cloud.

Could anyone guide us on how to properly add the Poly Trio 8800 to the Cisco Webex Cloud environment?

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product you use. 

 

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.

 

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

 

In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.

 

We also would need to know if you are using any other line for SIP or anything else.

 

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

We are using Cisco 7821 IP Phone and Cisco 8832 Conference Phone.

We still are not aware if you are using any other lines on the Trio for any other services.
