Hi Polycom supporters,
I have a problem regarding the configuration of Genband E911 on Polycom VVX400 running UC Software 5.2. Could you please help to take a look?
According to the attached file, page 203, in Configure GENBAND Enhanced 911 (E.911) Location, at step 1, I can not register the phone, and I do not see message "Set your location", also, in Settings > Status > Diagnostics > Warnings, I do not see warning message "Set your location". Therefore, I can not configure Genband E911 on my phone.
Please help me on this.
Thank you very much.

Hello Phuc Le,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
I have removed the 20MB large attachment as the Admin Guide can be easily downloaded from => here <= if required.
The feature itself is described on Page 304 and Page 299 explains what kind of Genband server would support this feature.
You could have attached the configuration you tested so we could have verified that you are actually using the right configuration.
As stated on Page 304 "Register the phone"
You above post states you cannot register the phone and therefore the option in the status menu, if enabling the feature via feature.genband.E911.enabled="1" should not appear.
I suggest you contact Genband for further support.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
