Product: Poly VVX450

Hello,

 

I configured two Poly VVX 450 devices on a new PBX which contains 5 internal numbers.

When calling/forwarding I do not only see their name but also the external IP-adress and/or PBX information.

Is there a way how I can hide this? So 'sub_XT25....._quinty.xxxxxx.xxxxxx' becomes 'Quinty'

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.
