I want the Polycom phones to display my favorite contacts screen so I can efficiently look up and call the various extensions in my office.  Is there a way I can change the default display from my call history to my favorite?

 

If not, what would you recommend to display the various extensions of the office?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as the answer we can provide may depend on this.

 

Also the phone model may depend on the possibility to reply.
