Hi,

 

I have been reading through all the posts I can find on the linekeys. My current setup is:

 

POLYCOM VVX 411

Software Verson: 5.5.2.8571

 

Currently I have two registered numbers on the phone, the second registered number has 11 line keys (so as to fill the screen).

 

However I want to call these "line 1" through to "line 11". Can someone suggest an implementation for this.

 

I have added a screenshot of the current phone screen.

I suggest you look at the following Parameter:

 

up.cfgUniqueLineLabel

The Admin Guide has more information on its usage.
