On VVX 500 5.4.0 with the Broadworks premium call center...

Our call center users do *not* use any of the call center features on the phones themselves - they do everything from the Call Center thin client.

Recently after updating phone configurations, somehow a new "feature" has crept in uninvited! Now when the phone gets an ACD call, instead of the standard call info, they get an XML push of ACD info - the same info you would get if you enable the "call info" button.

Can anybody point me in the right direction to disable this feature in the configuration files?

Hello samh,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The 5.4.0 Version you are using is no longer supported. This has been replaced with UC Software 5.4.5 instead.

In regards of your actual issue.

Does this look like that:

If yes then simply add this to your configuration:

<aw feature.CallCenterCallInformation.enable="0"/>

This appears to be exactly what I am looking for... I will get this tested and report back.
