Hi all,
I would like to know if there is a way to disable the physical volume buttons in order to prevent the users from modifying the ringtone volume ? or set a volume level permanently via .cfg files ? . I have trouble with some users that tend to lowering the volume down when they dont want to answer calls. I've been looking in this forum but I didn't find info about this exact feature.
Models : Soundpoint IP 330,331
Thanks in advance,
JP

Hi,
We are using VVX300 and VVX400 phones, we need phones to:
The the ringining volume on all phones to be fixed at 80% Level, and prevent user from changing ringing volume.
Only for the ringing volume, other volume such as the headset, speaker volume, users should still be able to adjust.
Thank you.

Hello licedey,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
To my knowledge this is not possible and would require a feature request.
