Dear Team, Please help me on Polycom IP650 how should i upgrade the latest firmware. By using TFTP Server. We tried to upgrade the firmware using TFTP we continues getting a Error message. Existing file cannot be load. Kindly let us know the solution or steps how to upgrade.
