I'm new to polycom phones. I have an IP Soundpoint 335 which I think I got provisioned correctly, but its got what I assume is a little error symbol in the top right hand corner of the display.
So, my question is how do I find out what its erroring on? Is there a log or a way to find out whats causing it?

welcome to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
