I have several Poly Edge Phones, that are having a dropped call issue. For example, I have an Edge E 220 running firmware version 8.2.0.10139. We are to the point where we have packet captures going on both sides to see what is going on. Looks like the call sets up fine and RTP packets start flowing. Then, all of a sudden, the phone throws out and ICMP packet and the phone ends the call. In the screen shot, the phone is the 204 address and the server is the 161 address. Does anyone know what could be causing this. It almost seems like a diagnostic test or something like that, but we don't have any thing configured as far as that is concerned. Maybe it comes automatically turned on. All I know is I am at a loss. If anyone can point me in the right direction to turn off these ICMP (pings) I think that would solve my issue. Thanks!
