I recently moved our offices over to Comcast VoiceEdge VoIP, with Polycom phones. Most are vvx500, but receptionists use the IP670's with the sidecar add-on.
My problem is that the 670 and sidecar automatically detects all other phones on our network and displays them on on the home screen without letting me specify which are displayed. Is there a way to change what contact is associated to which button?
I did some googling and looked at This Document and saw the section about assigning key entries, however this did not work for me.
Thanks in advance!

Hello ethan,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
You need to get your provider to change the BLF population as the phone would not detect this on its own.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
