I moved one of our Polycom phones from one room to another, and now when powering on, it will briefly flash the Polycom logo, then the screen will go solid white, and the three leds on the sides will go solid red.
I've seen other users on this forum have had similar issues, and the resolution seems to be "work with your reseller for an RMA".
Can anyone provide more detail on the nature of this issue? What the cause is?
Is there not a hardware reset option for the phone that can be used?

Hello rmackie,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The community search , as already discovered by yourself, has some similar posts.
An end Customer cannot fix the issue and you would need an RMA. Not posting the MAC address will not enable us to look up the reseller so we can point you into their direction.
There is no other "magic" fix for this. The unit is faulty.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
