We have a IP 7000 that boots up and says Network is Down. It is on a PoE switch on VLAN 15. I loked into the switch and it is registering there and looked into the firewall and see both in the ARP table and DHCP table that it is receiving an IP address on VLAN 15. I have a bypass rule in the firewall for VLAN 15 for VoIP traffic.
Any ideas why the phone would still be saying Network is Down?

welcome to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include.
