Product: Poly Edge E220

Looking at purchasing 15 Poly Edge 220s for my 15 person org. We've never used IP phones before and the one non-negotiable feature they ALL want is an easy intercom.

 

I'm looking over Poly's documentation for the Edge series and it says 

1) Select Intercom.
2) Enter a number or select a contact.

 

But I'm looking at the picture of the front of the phone and I don't see an Intercom button. How will they select Intercom?

What they don't want is to have to dig deep into a menu structure just to access what they perceive as a dead-simple operation!
