I am attempting to facotry reset an Ip 7000 soundstation by proxy ( person over the phone ) That person is having a hard time placing capital letters once we get to the password screen after holding down “1,” “3,” “5,” “7”.  Can anyone tell me what format this text is entered with as in T9 or something else? Thanks in advanced
